Information for Presenters

Abstract submissions (maximum two A4 pages following this template) closed on July 1st, 2022. Notification of abstract acceptance was sent on July 18th, 2022. To be included in the Workshop program, each abstract must be associated to a presenting author, who must register to the meeting. Each workshop registrant is entitled to present, at most, two abstracts.

Presenters of abstracts that were selected for oral presentation have an allocated time of eight minutes (six minutes for the presentation and two minutes for questions and discussion). Considering the technical nature of the workshop, we recommend you to skip general introductions and focus your presentation directly on the main message to convey. Recommended slide format is 16:9, landscape. Slides must be uploaded at the slide center at the venue.

Presenters of abstracts that were selected for poster presentation will briefly present their study within a plenary power-pitch session (two minutes for each contribution; slides should be 16:9 landscape, in .PDF, to be uploaded at the slide center at the venue) followed by a traditional poster session. Poster boards are 1 m wide and 2 m high. The suggested poster format for printing is A0, portrait / vertical orientation. A service for poster printing and delivery at the Workshop venue is available.

Presenters of invited talks have an allocated time of twenty minutes (15-17 minutes for the presentation and 3-5minutes for questions and discussion). Recommended slide format is 16:9, landscape. Slides must be uploaded at the slide center at the venue.
